We offer a variety of warranty coverage options for any vehicle regardless of its year, make, model, or mileage.
It really depends on the age and mileage of your vehicle. Your free quote will include pricing and warranty coverage details for each of the best coverage levels available for your new or used vehicle. In general, there are 5 different coverage levels, all which include both parts and labor:
Powertrain Warranty Coverage - provides you with coverage for most of the major drivetrain components which are generally the most expensive to repair. These components generally include the vehicle's engine, water pump, transmission, transfer case, drive axle assembly.
Major Component Warranty Coverage - includes all of the items included with the Powertrain Coverage and then generally adds components such as the vehicle's air conditioning system, major electrical system, fuel system, and differential, etc.
High-Tech Component Warranty Coverage - includes all of the items included with the Powertrain and Major Component Coverage and then generally adds the vehicle’s steering system, cooling system, velocity joints, timing belt, enhanced electrical coverage, and standalone seals & gaskets coverage, etc.
Component Type Bumper-To-Bumper Warranty Coverage - includes all of the items included in each of the 3 previous plans and then generally adds the vehicle’s braking system including antilock braking components, high-tech electronics and advanced electronic systems, suspension, etc.
Exclusionary Bumper-To-Bumper Coverage - this is the same type of coverage that is offered by the manufacturer when the car is delivered new. It covers all of the vehicles components, literally thousands of systems and parts, with the exception of specifically excluded scheduled maintenance items.
Depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle coverage is generally available for anywhere from 1 to 10 years and from 12,000 miles to 150,000 miles.
The earlier in the vehicle's lifetime that you purchase an auto warranty, the better as the age and mileage on the vehicle directly impact the cost of coverage so it is beneficial to purchase a warranty while your vehicle is still newer and has as low mileage as possible. Even if your vehicle is brand-new or is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty is still better to purchase coverage as quickly as possible as the terms of coverage offered will be longer and the pricing will be much lower if the vehicle is newer with lower mileage.
Repairs can be done at any repair shop or dealership in the United States or Canada. You simply bring your vehicle in to the shop or dealership of your choice and present them with a copy of the warranty contract you will be provided. They will then call in the claim and be provided with an authorization number to begin repairs. When repairs are completed payment will be made directly to the repair facility by the warranty administrator's corporate credit card account.
Our auto warranties can be paid for in full by check or credit card or we also offer 12, 18, or 24 month payment plan options. Down payment requirements and available payment terms vary depending on your vehicle's age and mileage and the type of coverage you choose.
